August 28 Session: How Exhibitors Can Stand Out at Toy Fair® 2026
August 20, 2025 | Toy Fair® 2026 exhibitors are encouraged to sign up for the upcoming Toy Fair Exhibitor Academy session, “Visual Merchandising Initiative & Reimagination Awards,” taking place Thursday, August 28 at 2 p.m. (Eastern). Registration is now open.
The free, hour-long session will show how exhibitors can boost their chances of winning an Exhibit Design Reimagination Award by creating eye-catching, effective displays. Attendees will learn the award program’s assessment criteria and see inspiring examples from past winners. The session will also explain how Toy Fair’s visual merchandising initiative, which requires exhibitors to make products visible in at least 20 percent of their aisle-facing space, serves as a valuable tool to increase visibility, attract buyers and media, and ultimately make their booths stand out.
“Winning an Exhibit Design Reimagination Award is one of the most exciting ways to stand out at Toy Fair, and this session will show you how to get there,” said Kimberly Carcone, executive vice president of global experiences at The Toy Association™. “Toy Fair’s visual merchandising initiative makes the entire show experience more welcoming while giving exhibitors a clear advantage in capturing buyer and media attention. You’ll learn how thoughtful booth design creates opportunities for greater visibility and recognition through the Reimagination Awards.”
This webinar is open to Toy Fair 2026 exhibitors. Click here to register for the session and view all upcoming Exhibitor Academy webinars here.
