Extensive research, focus-groups and interviews about Toy Fair’s future made it clear that the global retail buying community and all forms of media want and expect that during Toy Fair 2023’s new fall timing , the show will deliver previews of 2024’s future product line-up as well as ready access and open displays of the hottest products for right now – especially the holiday 2023 season.
To provide engagement requested by the buying community and to leverage media attention, a visual merchandising effort of at least 20% of the aisle-facing exhibit square footage is now required for all exhibitors.

This will allow you to visibly present in-year product while also having the flexibility to host private meetings for preview activity.

Toy Fair 2023 will feature the first annual Exhibit Reimagination Awards! All exhibiting companies will be eligible to participate. Exhibits will be judged by a range of media, tradeshow and toy professionals evaluating exhibits based on their aesthetics, functionality, and innovation as seen from the point of view as an attendee walking the Toy Fair show floor. There is no entry form to fill out and no entry fee to pay.
