TOTY Fun Continues After Hours

January 16, 2018 | The Toy Foundation’s (TTF) 18th Annual Toy of the Year (TOTY) Awards ceremony is just one month away; there is still time to purchase tickets for the prestigious gala, taking place at the Ziegfeld Ballroom in New York City. This year, toy professionals can take part in additional networking opportunities at the celebratory afterparty taking place immediately following the awards dinner.

The TOTY afterparty will take place from 9:30 to 11 p.m. For the first time, guests have the option of attending just the afterparty. The $95 ticket price includes an open bar and light snacks. Guests can mingle among friends and colleagues in a relaxed atmosphere while a DJ spins popular tunes. The TOTY winners will also be on display at the afterparty.

“The TOTY fun doesn’t stop when the awards are over – we are looking forward to extending the evening with the toy community,” says Ken Seiter, The Toy Association’s executive vice president of marketing communications. “For young toy professionals as well as toy veterans, the afterparty is a terrific opportunity to take part in the celebration and benefit from networking. Join us as we kick off Toy Fair week with an enjoyable night to honor the great accomplishments of our peers, all while supporting the important philanthropic work of The Toy Foundation.”

During dinner, TOTY Awards will be presented in 17 categories; the overall Toy of the Year and People’s Choice award winners will also be announced. The evening will celebrate the 2018 inductees into the Toy Industry Hall of Fame and notable accomplishments by The Toy Foundation.

Guests wishing to attend the afterparty only ($95 per person) or entire evening ($395 per person) may purchase tickets online.  Tickets for the entire evening will give access to the cocktail reception, awards ceremony, and afterparty.
