Play Fair ’17 Welcomes Spin Master as Presenting Sponsor; Seeks Engaging Programming from Toy & Entertainment Brands

August 21, 2017 | The Toy Association and LeftField Media have announced that Spin Master will join Nickelodeon and Toys“R”Us as a presenting sponsor at Play Fair 2017 – an immersive, experience-rich event for children, parents, and toy collectors.

Taking place November 3 to 5 in New York City, this year’s Play Fair is shaping up to be even bigger and better than the sold out inaugural event held in 2016.

“As a massive celebration of play and entertainment for all ages, Play Fair ’17 will triple in size and offer thousands of current and future fans the opportunity to connect with exhibiting toy companies and entertainment brands!” says Marian Bossard, executive vice president of global market events at The Toy Association.

Organizers expect a significantly larger crowd this year, with an expanded 230,000 square feet of space, additional stages featuring exclusive content, additional character appearances, and more.

Entertain and Dazzle the Play Fair Audience

Play Fair is seeking fun and interesting programming on a range of topics – from toys and games, to science and movies, to parenting. Toymakers, entertainment brands, and passionate moms and dads are invited to submit panelist applications by Friday, September 1.

All panel presentations will take place on Play Fair’s main stage, presented by Toys“R”Us. The show will present more than 30 hours of panels, screenings, performances, workshops, and special events. Panel highlights from 2016 included live appearances from the casts of Game Shakers and Make It Pop, a Shopkins Fashion Show, Jedi Lightsaber training, and screenings from Marvel and Cartoon Network.
