Toy Fair® 2026: Renew Exhibit Space by June 22 & Other Key Dates
June 9, 2025 | Toy companies and play professionals interested in participating in the next Toy Fair®, taking place February 14 to 17, 2026 at the Javits Center in New York City, are encouraged to take note of the important announcements and reminders outlined below:
June 22: Booth Renewal Application Deadline
All Toy Fair 2025 exhibitors that are eligible for renewal received a unique application link via email on June 2nd with the subject line “Toy Fair 2026 Early Renewal Application Now Open.”
The renewal application period for returning Toy Fair exhibitors is currently open and will close at midnight (Eastern) on Sunday, June 22.
Companies that are eligible may contact their account executive: Simon Yung (companies beginning with A–M), or Michael Lynch (N–Z), with any questions.
June 23: General Exhibit Sales Open
General exhibit sales will open on June 23 for any company, including first-time exhibitors who are interested in exhibiting in Toy Fair’s LaunchPad, to apply for a booth on the Toy Fair show floor. Stay tuned for more information in the coming weeks.

Now: Hotel Room Blocks Open
Exhibitors and attendees can secure accommodations with the best availability and rates for Toy Fair using the show’s official hotel partners. Rooms rapidly fill up, so booking your hotel as soon as possible is recommended. Note: onPeak is the only official housing partner for Toy Fair. Beware of working with unauthorized hotel resellers.
July: First Round of Booth Space Assignments
Companies that submit their exhibit space application by the June 22nd renewal period deadline will be included in the priority round of booth space assignments, kicking offin July.
August 22: Toy Fair University Call for Presentations Close
Industry thought leaders are invited to submit presentations for consideration to take the stage at Toy Fair. Toy Fair University will feature a wide range of experts and provide access to the strongest, most comprehensive thought leadership in the global toy and play industry. September: Attendee Registration
Registration for buyers and other industry professionals will open in September. All attendees will have access to everything Toy Fair has to offer, from specially curated educational sessions to access to nearly eight football fields worth of toys and games.
