Host meetings, staff lounges, or hospitality events, all in a private space!
Exhibiting companies, retailers, entertainment companies, and more are eligible to secure private meeting room space at Toy Fair!
This is your opportunity to strengthen relationships, exchange ideas, and get deals done in a private space at the show.
Meeting room space rentals are not for exhibit/display purposes.
Room options may include standard meeting room layouts including theatre, classroom, conference, hollow square, u-shape, and banquet. Customizable room layouts are also possible.
Most spaces have carpeting, limited electricity, and a lockable door (with one key). Additional services can be secured to enhance your meeting room space (at additional cost), including:
- Catering & Linens (Cultivated)
- A/V & Computer Rentals (Javits Convention Center, NMR Staging & Events)
- Electrical Services (Javits Convention Center)
- Signage & Furnishings (T3 Expo)
