Stand Out at Toy Fair®: How to Optimize Your Online Profile
September 18, 2025 | Toy Fair® exhibitors are encouraged to sign up for the upcoming Exhibitor Academy session, “Your Toy Fair Online Profile,” taking place Tuesday, September 30 at 2 p.m. (Eastern). Registration is now open.
The hour-long session will guide attendees through accessing and navigating the online Exhibitor Resource Center, the essential dashboard for all show preparations. Within the dashboard, exhibitors can update their company information for the Toy Fair mobile app listing, optimize their profiles, add compelling brand descriptions to attract the attention of buyers and media, and promote show specials online.
The session will also cover how to stay organized with a personalized Toy Fair Checklist and make the most of all resources available to exhibitors.
“An exhibitor’s online profile is their chance to get in front of global buyers early, highlight their brand story, and set the stage for meaningful connections at Toy Fair,” said Kimberly Carcone, executive vice president of global market events at The Toy Association™, producer of Toy Fair. “By optimizing your profile, you can ensure greater visibility, attract the right audience, and maximize your networking opportunities before, during, and after the show.”
This webinar is open to Toy Fair 2026 exhibitors. Click here to register for the session and view all upcoming Exhibitor Academy webinars here.
General exhibitor applications for Toy Fair are now open for companies interested in securing booth space at the show. Companies can contact their account executive: Peri Halprin (companies beginning with A–M), or Stacy Liebensohn (N–Z), with any questions.
Toy Fair® will take place February 14 to 17, 2026 at the Javits Center in New York City. Attendee registration will open in October. Visit ToyFairNY.com to learn more.
