Toy Fair FAQs

Toy Fair is a trade-only event. Absolutely no consumers will be permitted to the Javits Center exhibit halls.

No one under the age of 18, including infants, will be admitted. Toy Fair participants will be required to show government issued I.D. such as a driver's license or passport, upon request.

In order to receive a confirmation to attend the show, you first need to be approved as a registrant. If you have been approved, but you did not receive a confirmation, you may go to the Toy Fair Registration homepage and under 'ConnectME Dashboard,’ enter your email address and password to be taken to your registration dashboard where you can request another email confirmation or edit your information. The Javits Center has sidewalk ramps, automatic doors, and accessible restrooms and elevators. Payphones, located in the corridor on the north side of the Special Events Hall lobby, are accessible and equipped with volume and TTY capability for those with speech and hearing challenges. A limited number of manually operated wheelchairs is available at no fee. For details or to reserve a manual wheelchair, call 212.216.2196.

Motorized mobility devices may be used by people with mobility impairments subject to reasonable safety restrictions. Motorized mobility vehicles are available for rent in the Attend section of javitscenter.com. The Javits Center does not offer parking. Many private parking facilities, each with its own hours and prices, operate nearby.
Served by the 7 subway line, the 34th Street/Hudson Yards station on 11th Avenue between 33rd and 34th Streets is the closest subway station to the Javits Center. The Javits Center offers free wireless internet access up to 256K of bandwidth, accessible by any wireless capable device from any location throughout the facility. The free Wi-Fi service has been optimized for light business uses such as simple web browsing and e-mail. Paid internet access options with higher bandwidth for video streaming and other high bandwidth needs are available for single or multi-day use.
