TIA reserves the right to exclude any potential exhibitor if, in TIA's sole discretion, the exhibitor or the material proposed to be exhibited is not deemed appropriate.

First-Time Exhibitors

Don’t let a lack of trade show experience keep you from showing your product at the largest youth entertainment marketplace in the Western Hemisphere.

Toy Fair offers a comprehensive Freshman Class Advisor program for contracted exhibitors. Every first-time exhibitor is assigned a show advisor to assist them in navigating the various steps that are key to successful exhibiting. This mentoring program provides tips and strategies that would otherwise come only from years of show experience.

Booth Space and Assignments

The largest toy and youth entertainment go-to-market event in the western hemisphere is strong and growing. The standard booth size is 100 square feet (which is 10'x10'). Booth space includes a standard 8’ high drape back wall and 3’ high draped side rails that define contracted exhibit space. Assorted furnishings, including discounted booth furnishings packages, are available for rent from our show service contractor, Freeman Decorating.

Following the renewal period when space is assigned for companies that exhibited in the previous year's Toy Fair, available space is assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis to new companies and renewing companies that submitted their application after the priority renewal deadline. However, priority is given to those companies that have previously exhibited at Toy Fair and to TIA members.
