October 20, 2017 | The Toy Association is hosting a free webinar, “Toy Fair 2018 Freshman Class Webinar,” on Wednesday, November 8 at 3 p.m. (Eastern) for first-time exhibitors at the 115th North American International Toy Fair.
The one-hour session will provide new exhibitors with tips and tools to prepare for the show and other valuable information to maximize their experience during the four-day event. The webinar will be led by Irena Jaroszewski, The Toy Association’s event coordinator and Toy Fair Freshman Class Advisor. Representatives from Freeman, the show’s official service contractor, onPeak, its official housing partner, and Honeycomb Strategies, Toy Fair’s sustainability consultant, will be available to answer exhibitors’ questions.
“Every trade show has unique rules and regulations, which can be confusing to a first-time exhibitor,” says Jaroszewski. “This webinar will clarify exhibitor requirements and deadlines and answer commonly asked questions, including what to do after contracting exhibit space, getting your stuff to Toy Fair, and how to stand out from the crowd.”
The presenters will also share best practices to ensure a successful show, such as appropriate booth staffing and details on housing for the duration of the event.
