Register Now for the 2017 Toy Fair Credit Meeting

January 6, 2017 | The Toy Industry Association’s (TIA) Toy Fair Credit Meeting will take place on Monday, February 20th, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., at the InterContinental New York Times Square Hotel in New York City. The event will bring crucial insights and critical trade information to credit, finance and operations executives of TIA member manufacturers.

The Toy Fair Credit Meeting is held in conjunction with the 114th North American International Toy Fair, taking place February 18-21 at the Jacob K. Javits Center in New York City. Only TIA member manufacturers will be allowed to participate in the Toy Fair Credit Meeting and interested parties have until February 13th to register. Registration details and a link to sign up have already been sent to qualifying members and will continue to be included in weekly emails to the group.

Some of the 2017 program highlights include:

  • Review  of Accounts – moderated by Joy Christopher, credit manager at Radio Flyer and Chair of TIA’s Credit Committee, and Colleen Veilleux, senior finance manager at Wicked Cool Toys and Vice Chair of the committee
  • Speaker Presentations on credit risk (Dennis Cantalupo, COO, Creditintell.com) and new trends related to compliance and post-audit claims (Boyd Evert, President, Harvest Revenue Group).
  • Workshops for credit managers, and a breakout session called “Beyond Credit” for senior finance and operations executives.
